The first octet is carrier frequency * 2. For example, 00012EA6 is 77478/2 = 38769KHz carrier.
The remaining octets are a bitmap of the signal with each bit representing a sample at 1/5 the carrier frequency. IOW, each bit represents 5 cycles of carrier. A 1-bit represents carrier present, a 0-bit repesents no carrier.
If the first octet is 00004856, it's an RF file and each bit represents ~550µS.

Thanx
I'm searching for a more simple way. Maby there is a program to handle this? My skills aren't that good.
This is the Omniremote hex code for one button.
00013240 01FFFFF0 FFE3FF8F FE3FF8FF E1FFC7FF 1F87FF1F 8FFE3FF8 7FF1F8FC 3FF8FC7F 1FFC7E00 00000000 00000000 0003FFFF C7FF0FFE 3FF8FFE3 FF8FFE3F FC7E3FF8 FE3FF8FF E3FF8FE3 F1FFC7F1 F0FFE1F8 00000000 00000000 00001FFF FF1FFC7F F1FFC3FF 8FFE3FF8 FFE3F8FF E3F1FFC3 FF8FFE3F 1FC7FE1F 87E3FF8F C0000000 00000000 0000007F FFF87FF1 FFC7FF1F FC7FF0FF E3FF8FC7 FF0FC7FF 1FFC7FF0 FC7E1FFC 7E3F0FFE
Is it hard do convert it to pronto? Do I have to convert it to frequency and then to pronto hex?
Maby the fastes way is to borrow a palm and then send it to the pronto?

ORDesktop converts CCF to OmniRemote but I don't know of any program to convert OmniRemote to CCF.
The fastest way would be to learn them from a Palm if you have OmniRemote software for the Palm.

What device are the codes for?
The one you posted looks like a code for an X-10 Ninja Camera mount.

Sorry. I have ORDesktop but, when I gave my Visor to a grandson, I deleted HotSync from my PC and ORDesktop will not run without that.

The latest version of OmniRemote uses CCF hex codes. If you have .pdb files from an earlier version of OmniRemote, I wrote a free application that will convert those to CCF hex format. See the "Free Software" section of my web page at... [Link: laser.com]I no longer have a Visor with OmniRemote so I cannot check them.

Does the data start with the highest bit of the octet, or the lowest bit.
Since i need this only once it should be trivial to throw this into an atmel chip. 1 crystal, 2 resistors, one ir diode and 1 push button switch. $10 max...
